We are looking for a Cook – All Day Dining Kitchen who will support the culinary team in preparing and presenting a variety of dishes for our all-day dining restaurant, ensuring freshness, quality, and consistency in line with IHG culinary standards.

A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different at IHG, but you’ll mostly be:

• Preparing, cooking, and presenting menu items for breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.
• Following standardized recipes, portion controls, and presentation guidelines.
• Setting up and maintaining workstation mise en place for smooth operations.
• Assisting senior chefs with buffet setups, à la carte service, and special events.
• Ensuring food hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards are strictly maintained.
• Properly storing and rotating ingredients to minimize waste and maintain freshness.
• Handling kitchen equipment safely and responsibly.
• Supporting cost-control initiatives and maintaining quality consistency.

What we need from you:

• A diploma or certification in Culinary Arts is preferred.
• 1–2 years’ experience as a cook in a hotel kitchen or high-volume restaurant, ideally in all-day dining.
• Knowledge of international cuisines and cooking techniques.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
