Sales Manager

What you’ll achieve

As a Sales Manager, will be responsible for driving revenue growth across Egypt, both through cross-selling and upselling to existing installed-base customers, as well as acquiring new healthcare provider clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in healthcare IT sales, a strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem in Egypt, and the ability to manage complex sales cycles from opportunity identification to contract closure.

You will:

  • Own and manage the end-to-end sales process for Egypt, including territory planning, pipeline development, opportunity qualification, solution presentation, proposal development, and contract negotiation.

  • Strengthen relationships with existing installed-base customers by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities and driving client satisfaction.

  • Identify and engage prospective clients in the Egyptian healthcare market, including public and private sector providers.

  • Develop and execute a territory plan aligned with regional strategy, ensuring achievement of quarterly and annual sales targets.

  • Work closely with internal teams including Pre-Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Delivery, and Support to ensure alignment and seamless customer experience.

  • Maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape, healthcare regulations, market trends, and customer needs within Egypt.

  • Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and strategic insights to the MEA Sales Director.

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum of 15 years’ experience in sales, with at least 5 years in healthcare IT or enterprise software sales in Egypt.

  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing complex deals.

  • Strong understanding of the Egyptian healthcare ecosystem, including public and private sector dynamics.

Desirable Requirements

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to travel within Egypt and occasionally across the MEA region as required.

  • Fluent in Arabic and English
