Where is the Position? This VIE position is based in our German plant that produces big gas-insulated switchgears to ensure a safe energy supply to our customers in medium-voltage area (factories, data centers, big company

buildings, windfarm etc ...)

Procurement team in Regensburg ensures the competitiveness of our main ranges by buying the different components at the better price / quality / supply chain / environmental balance.

In this competitive area, our future young talent will be responsible of leading Change of Suppliers (COS) & Qualified Value Engineering (QVE) projects on the plant's main ranges.

A Change of Supplier targets to find new Suppliers to improve prices, quality, supply chain & environmental criteria. A QVE (Quality Value Engineering) is an improvement of a component fabrication process leading to a reduction of cost bringing an additional value in terms of quality, supply chain & environmental criteria at the same time.

Which missions will you lead?

As Productivity Leader you will ensure the competitiveness of SE main ranges by buying the different components at the better price / quality / supply chain / environmental balance.

Your main missions will be:
  • Lead Productivity Projects & Workshops with the different stakeholders to find new CoS/QVE ideas
  • Lead & organize the qualification of new components with Procurement, Technical, Quality teams & suppliers.
  • Help globally Procurement team to achieve their projects by facilitating the discussions with R& D team members.
  • Support in organizing tests inside with the local laboratories.
  • Being responsible about performance regarding CoS/QVE projects achievements & targets
What are the qualifications we are looking for?

Education: Engineering degree in Industrial domain or Master's degree in Purchasing Work experience needed: 1-3 years of experience in Procurement in a big industrial company, experience in project management is also a plus

Requested languages: English Fluent, Germain is a plus

Personal abilities or skills:
  • Leadership skills to manage stakeholders & establish networks.
  • Change Management to push for the change & lead the execution of new ideas
  • Technical & Quality appetite
