To further expand our market share, we are looking for a (Senior) Product Manager (f/m/d) for our software products Plant iT & brewmaxx in the process automation sector. ProLeiT is a subsidiary of Schneider Electric. Our headquarter is in Herzogenaurach, in the middle of the metropolitan region of Nuremberg-Fürth-Erlangen. We develop and supply automation solutions for global process industry players worldwide in segments such as brewing, beverage, food, bakery, dairy, pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical and chemical. Our process control systems and manufacturing execution systems (MES) are installed in over 2, 200 production plants and in more than 110 countries.

Your IMPACT

• Development of strategic marketing plans for our software products & solutionsin the field of process control and process automation: from product launches and the provision of a competitive product portfolio to product marketing, you ensure the expansion of ProLeiT' s market position in the various countries, channels, and segments
• Being part of a strong organization and work ing closely together with other Product Managers
• Coordination with sales team and other departments to produce effective strategies by analyzingmarket trends and customer demands
• Ensu re the profitability of the product rangeand define & implement necessary action plans to increase the worldwide market share
• Support the design of trade fair concepts, create product information, carry out sales promotion measures & campaignsand participate in trade fairs and conferences
• D esign training courses for internal and external customers with detailed insight into our range of products and solutions

Your profile

• Academic degreein process engineering, automation technology or industrial engineering, coupled with good knowledge of processes and (industrial) production methods
• S everal years of professional experience in product marketing / offer management- ideally in the software environment
• Familiarity with Offer Lifecycle Management and the attached processes to drive a product through all its life cycles
• Experience in product management is a must; ideally gained with in the Schneider Electric group and combined with knowledge about the Schneider Electric offer creation process
• C ommunication talent with very good English and German skillsto convince international decision-makers (C-level) with your presentation
• Online marketing tools and CRM systems are part of your everyday work, as well as regular business trips(approx. 35% international). User knowledge of BI tools is a plus.
• Proactivity, willingness to create, independent way of working and out of the box & entrepreneurial thinking makes you a dream candidate (f/m/d) for us
