Dein IMPACT:

• Steuerung und Koordination des standortweiten Cost-Excellence-Programms inklusive Governance, Reviews und Transparenz über Ergebnisse.
• Identifikation und Begleitung von Kostenoptimierungsinitiativen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Einkauf, Entwicklung, Industrial Engineering und Controlling.
• Koordination bereichsübergreifender Maßnahmen zur Steigerung von Produktivität, Prozesseffizienz und Kosteneffizienz.
• Durchführung von Produkt- und Herstellkostenanalysen sowie Vor- und Nachkalkulationen zur Identifikation von Kostentreibern und Einsparpotenzialen.
• Entwicklung und Nachverfolgung von Maßnahmenplänen, KPIs und Business Cases sowie Aufbereitung fundierter Entscheidungsgrundlagen für das Management.
• Sicherstellung einer transparenten finanziellen Validierung von Einsparungen und Förderung einer nachhaltigen Cost-Excellence-Kultur in Zusammenarbeit mit lokalen und globalen Teams.

Dein Profil:

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Produktionstechnik, Maschinenbau oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem industriellen Umfeld mit fundierten Kenntnissen von Produktentstehungs-, Industrialisierungs- und Fertigungsprozessen sowie Produkt- und Herstellkostenanalysen
• Ausgeprägte Expertise in Finanzanalysen, Business Cases, Einsparungsvalidierung sowie datenbasierten Entscheidungsgrundlagen
• Erfahrung mit SAP, Power BI sowie fortgeschrittenen Excel-Anwendungen
• Erfahrung im Projekt- und Programmmanagement sowie in der Steuerung bereichsübergreifender Initiativen und unterschiedlicher Stakeholder ohne disziplinarische Führungsverantwortung
• Strukturierte, analytische und umsetzungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie überzeugende Kommunikationsfähigkeit auf allen Hierarchieebenen
• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

For this position, the annual target salary starts at Pay EG10 (IG Metall Bavaria) based on a 40h work week, provided the requirements of the role are fully met. This salary includes the base salary as well as collectively agreed special payments. The compensation stated for this position applies to candidates with full-time employment contracts who are based in Germany. Our salary bands are determined through the evaluation of roles with similar responsibilities and at a comparable level.
