Your IMPACT:

• • Contribute to improving customer satisfaction and achieving quality goals by defining, implementing, and managing action plans.
  • Be in charge of the timely and effective management of customer containment actions like Business Risk Escalation, Offer Safety Alerts, etc.
  • Continuously network with the CS& Q Team to ensure their entity's needs are understood and considered by identifying and capitalizing on best practices in quality and ensuring the right level of competency.
  • People management including goal setting, performance management, competency development, recognition, engagement, and well-being
  • Responsibility for the Quality Management System including implementing the Schneider quality policy, defining CS& Q roles, targets, and objectives within the entity
  • Advocacy and implementation of global policies and regulations

Your Profile:

• • A bachelor's degree in the field of electrical engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, or a comparable qualification
  • Profound knowledge in FMEA, MS Office, Q-tools, Six Sigma, Integrated management system, and statistical methods
  • A high level of digital affinity
  • Intercultural competences to ensure pleasant cooperation within our company
  • Experience in the manufacturing of engines and electronic products would also be advantageous
  • Fluency in German and English with excellent verbal and written skills
