The Position

Was Dich erwartet:

Als Finance Business Partner (m/w/d) liegt der Fokus deiner Arbeit darauf als Sparringspartner Squads, Teams und Abteilungen in allen finanziellen und unternehmerischen Entscheidungen unter Einbeziehung vielfältiger lokaler und globaler Informationsquellen als auch zukünftiger, antizipierter Entwicklungen zu beraten und Impulse zu setzen.

Ganz konkret erwarten dich folgenden Tätigkeiten:

• Konsolidierung von relevanten Finanz- und Unternehmensinformationen für die Roche Pharma AG zur Herstellung der Transparenz auf allen Hierarchieebenen

• Analyse und Interpretation von internen und externen Daten auf Team- und übergeordneter Ebene sowie Ableitung zukunftsgerichteter Handlungsempfehlungen

• Übernahme von Verantwortung für relevante Prozesse in den betreuten Bereichen, sowie Verantwortung für Prozesse rund um Finanzabschlüsse und bei Planungsaktivitäten

• Übernahme von Projekten und Initiativen (lokal und global) mit Fokus auf Outcomes im Sinne der langfristigen Strategie

Wer du bist:

Du arbeitest kundenorientiert und hast Lust darauf dir in kurzer Zeit ein umfangreiches Verständnis über deine internen Kunden als auch über unseren Unternehmenskontext anzueignen. Du entwickelst eigene Ideen und hinterfragst bestehende Denkmuster und Prozesse. Du beherrschst es Daten so aufzubereiten, zu aggregieren und darzustellen, dass Sie relevante Stakeholder einbinden und konkrete Handlungsanweisungen ableiten können. Du schätzt es außerdem, in einer dynamischen, leistungsorientierten und selbstorganisierten Umgebung zu arbeiten, die von gegenseitigem Respekt, Diskussion und Zusammenarbeit getragen wird. Folgende Eigenschaften runden dein Profil ab:

• Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Hochschulstudium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

• Berufserfahrung in Controlling, Vertriebssteuerung oder Business Intelligence

• Gute Kenntnisse der gängigen Finanz Tools (SAP, BW, BO) sowie Bilanzbuchhaltung nach HGB / IFRS von Vorteil

• Starke Fähigkeiten im Aufbau professioneller Beziehungen mit Stakeholdern sowie Influencing Skills

• Analytisches Denken, unternehmerisches Verständnis und die Fähigkeit, Entrepreneurial Thinking in die Organisation zu transportieren

• Bereitschaft und Fähigkeit laterale Führung in Netzwerken (z.B. in Projektteams) zu übernehmen

Specifically, the following activities await you:

• Consolidation of relevant financial and corporate information for Roche Pharma AG in order to establish transparency on all hierarchical levels.

• Analysis and interpretation of internal and external data on team and higher level as well as derivation of future-oriented recommendations for action

• Assumption of responsibility for relevant processes in the supported areas, as well as responsibility for processes around financial statements and in planning activities

• Take ownership of projects and initiatives (local and global) with focus on outcomes in line with the long-term strategy

Who you are:

You are customer-focused and eager to gain a comprehensive understanding of your internal customers as well as our business context in a short period of time. You develop your own ideas and challenge existing thought patterns and processes. You are proficient in preparing, aggregating and presenting data in such a way that you can engage relevant stakeholders and derive concrete action instructions. You also appreciate working in a dynamic, performance-oriented and self-organized environment driven by mutual respect, discussion and collaboration. The following qualities round out your profile:

• Completed university degree in economics or comparable qualification.

• Professional experience in controlling, sales management or business intelligence

• Good knowledge of common financial tools (SAP, BW, BO) as well as balance sheet accounting according to HGB / IFRS an advantage

• Strong skills in building professional relationships with stakeholders as well as influencing skills

• Analytical thinking, entrepreneurial understanding and the ability to transport Entrepreneurial Thinking into the organization

• Willingness and ability to provide lateral leadership in networks (e.g., project teams)
