The Secure Power Division of Schneider Electric is a team who manages the IT Channel and Data Center Segment with main focus in mission Critical Applications/End Users (Government, Cloud and Service Providers, Finance). Our customer-centric approach is part of our DNA, and we make the energy safe, reliable, affordable and green. We deliver critical power and cooling solutions both inside and outside the Data Center, as well as management software tools. Our goal is to protect both IT and non-IT environments with our secure power and cooling solutions.

What you will do:
  • Hunt for New Business: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the field of datacenters and critical infrastructure.
  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Drive sales strategy: Implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Lead negotiations: Use your exceptional communication and persuasion skills to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Stay ahead of market trends: Bring fresh, data-driven insights to inform our strategies and position us ahead of the competition.
  • Collaboration: Build strong and valuable cooperation internally with other relevant business units.
What We're Looking For:
  • Experienced professional: You have a minimum of 5 years proven track record in sales within the field of datacenters and critical infrastructure and/or relevant network in Government, Cloud and Service Providers and Finance.
  • Hunter Mentality: A proactive, results-oriented approach with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, both in English and in Hungarian.
  • Technical Acumen: Understanding of datacenter and critical infrastructure (secure power) business and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Strategic thinker: You see the big picture and know how to align goals with actionable plans.
