Your MissionAs Effectiveness Project Leader, you drive operational excellence, strategic clarity, and performance discipline across ETO & Solutions Procurement. You lead cross-functional initiatives that enhance productivity, governance, digitalization, and compliance. Your impact ensures seamless execution of priorities, robust KPI visibility, and a stronger, more future-ready procurement organization.
This role sits within Central Procurement supporting the ETO Power Systems and Solutions business.
Key Responsibilities- Lead strategic productivity initiatives end-to-end: pipeline creation, validation, prioritization, action planning, and delivery, ensuring full target achievement and documentation.
- Own procurement governance: build and manage global calendars, monthly routines, KPI reviews, leadership updates, and decision-making milestones.
- Design and facilitate high-impact events (Productivity Days, Eye-Opener Sessions, Kick-offs, Workshops) with clear outcomes, commitments, and follow-up.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with Should-Cost, Engineering, Quality, Sourcing, and Digital teams, turning opportunities into measurable results.
- Manage KPI cycles: data accuracy, performance analysis, risk identification, and corrective actions.
- Develop end-to-end digital dashboards ensuring solid logic, reliability, audit readiness, governance, and user adoption.
- Optimize procurement processes by identifying inefficiencies, redesigning workflows, documenting standards, and deploying harmonized best practices.
- Build organizational capability through targeted training programs, communication plans, content creation, implementation, and progress tracking.
- Oversee Contract Management governance: coverage, renewals, documentation quality, monthly reviews, dashboards, and gap closure.
- Lead the full audit lifecycle (PES, KIC, GIA): planning, preparation, coordination, execution, reporting, and closure.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree (Engineering or Business preferred)
- 5+ years of procurement experience, ideally with leadership elements
- Fluent English
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and influencing ability
- Proficiency in procurement systems, data tools, and Microsoft Office (AI, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Tableau/Power BI)
- Strategic mindset, digital fluency, strong analytical capabilities
- Customer-focused, proactive, results-driven, with high ownership and urgency
- Ability to travel up to 20%
