Customer Success Management SpecialistSchneider Electric is a global specialist in energy management and the world leader in energy efficiency. Scope: Customer Success is when our customers achieve their desired outcome through their interactions with our company. The Customer Success Management Specialist works closely with the customer to ensure delivery on the customer promise and increase their use and resulting benefit from the services they receive.
Key Missions:
- On-boarding / Adoption
- Expansion (additional customer's sites, multiple-advisor within client portfolio)
- Renewal
- Advocacy / liaise with other supporting teams (Sales, technical support, services, partners, BU)
What will you do?Lead and maintain the ongoing customer relationship during execution of recurring services on a defined portfolio of contracts, during the lifecycle of the contracts, from Order Entry to Renewal process:
- Ensure proper handover from Sales to Execution and proper booking in our systems, align with sales on customers expectations and kick-off contract execution with the customer
- Provide regular customer updates, data insights, performance / issue trends
- Collect service and product feedback
- Build service expansion and retention strategy
- Provide training to enhance value
- Ensure that our internal commintments are delivered with excellence and profitably
- Maintain constant interactions with customers on contract performance and improving customer experience, ensure that support requests and complaints are handled in a timely manner
- Manage and resolve escalated customer and operational issues across multiple execution teams
- Partner with Sales to explore opportunities to expand existing contract and leverage other services and contribute to maximize Renewal rate
- Share and implement best practices to drive up realization of outcomes
- Advise operations teams to ensure productive delivery across teams
What qualifications will make you successful?- Minimum license degree and/or 3 years professional experience preferably in sales administration
- Meticulous to Details to ensure accuracy
- Ability to communicate effectively with various internal departments and external customers
- English and French language knowledge
