Mission

As Customer Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of customer projects related primarily to low-voltage (LV) and medium-voltage (MV) electrical equipment and solutions.

You will lead multiple projects in parallel, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations. The core of the role is strongly connected to electrical engineering and equipment-related project execution, while also offering the opportunity to gain exposure to software-related project elements and digital solutions within a broader project environment.

What You'll Do
  • Lead and manage multiple customer projects related to LV and MV electrical equipment and associated solutions
  • Act as the main interface of Schneider Electric towards customers, consultants, subcontractors, factories, and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations and technical project requirements
  • Prepare and maintain project schedules, resource plans, and progress reports
  • Coordinate internal teams, engineering experts, factories, site activities, and external subcontractors
  • Monitor project performance against budget, timeline, quality, and customer expectations
  • Identify and manage project risks, deviations, and change requests
  • Support project financial follow-up, including forecasting, cost control, and variation management
  • Ensure correct and timely project documentation, including technical documentation, as-built deliverables, and closure reports
  • Drive continuous improvement by sharing lessons learned and best practices
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely material, engineering, and resource availability
  • Gain visibility into software and digital project elements connected to broader customer solutions where relevant
What You'll Bring
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or another strongly relevant technical field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in managing electrical, LV/MV, or equipment-related technical projects
  • Strong technical understanding of electrical distribution systems, equipment, and project execution environment
  • Proven experience in coordinating cross-functional technical teams and stakeholders
  • Experience in customer-facing project delivery in an industrial or technical environment
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects independently
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies, scheduling, and risk control
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Exposure to software, automation, or digital solutions is an advantage, but not a core requirement
  • Native Hungarian language skills, advanced English proficiency (written and spoken)
