What you will do:

This internship is an excellent opportunity to learn and develop your career. If you are fluent in English, have great communication and organization skills, feel free to apply, and we will teach you the rest!

We need our future intern's support in the following areas:
  • Calendar Management: Scheduling meetings, appointments, and events, as well as tracking and rescheduling them as needed.
  • Event Support: Participating in event organization, including venue booking, inviting participants, and preparing necessary materials.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handling documents, data entry, organizing and archiving files.
  • Communication: Managing emails and phone calls and responding to incoming inquiries after consultation.
  • Report Preparation: Collecting and analysing data, preparing reports for the supervisor.
  • Office Equipment Management: Keeping track of and maintaining office equipment and supplies.
  • Database Management: Entering, updating, and maintaining data in various databases.
  • Presentation Preparation: Compiling and editing presentations for the management.
  • Research and Analysis: Gathering and analyzing information for various projects.
  • Billing and Financial Administration: Handling invoices, preparing and maintaining financial documents as needed.
  • Supporting Office Maintenance: Maintaining the orderly condition of the GSC Budapest HUB work environment, reporting discrepancies to the reception.


What we need from you:
  • Ongoing studies in a university in Hungary; active interest in energy management
  • Possible commitment for at least 1 year with minimum 1-year active student status
  • The main languages for this position are English, therefore advanced and active knowledge is essential (both spoken and written)
  • You have confident digital skills, good knowledge and experience with MS Office, MS Teams with a special focus on Excel (knowledge of basic formulas, able to work with data)
  • Skills that will make you successful in your new position: good communication skills and ability to communicate effectively in a multinational environment; organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines; flexibility: quick adaption to changing circumstances and tasks

  • Flexible and hybrid working schedule: minimum 20 hours/week, with a possibility of home office
