031765 Talent Attraction Lead - EMEA & APAC (Open)Job Description:
We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Talent Attraction Lead to be based in our Budapest, Hungary office, with the potential for hybrid flexibility. This leader will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruiting delivery and operational excellence across both Professional and Production hiring throughout EMEA and APAC.This is a player-coach role—you will lead and inspire a team of recruiters while also managing a select requisition load to stay connected to the day-to-day recruiting operation.
This role combines regional leadership, operational execution, data analytics, and strong business partnership. You will be accountable for regional strategy, process optimization, and the development of effective sourcing methods tailored to the complexities of diverse markets.
Success in this role requires a strong understanding of country-specific legislation, labor laws, compliance requirements, and cultural nuances across EMEA & APAC. You’ll also need to bring a deep knowledge of technology enablement, including AI, automation, and analytics that scale and modernize our recruiting efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Talent Attraction team across EMEA & APAC.
Act as a player-coach by carrying a small but critical requisition load.
Build a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and performance.
Develop and execute regional recruiting strategies that support both Professional and Production hiring needs.
Expand and optimize Production recruiting support across EMEA & APAC.
Partner with HR and business leaders to assess needs and align recruiting delivery.
Drive tech enablement across the recruiting lifecycle using AI, automation, and sourcing tools.
Lead business process improvement initiatives to drive standardization and scalability.
Ensure consistent use of the ATS (Workday preferred) and other platforms.
Serve as an internal expert on legislation, compliance, and labor market trends in EMEA & APAC.
Guide the team on legal and cultural nuances across multiple hiring regions.
Develop and execute localized sourcing strategies tailored to multilingual and multicultural markets.
Build talent pipelines through partnerships with technical schools and networks.
Ensure a strong and consistent candidate experience aligned with our values and employer brand.
Use analytics to monitor recruiting performance, hiring velocity, and capacity.
Provide regular reporting and actionable insights to leadership and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
Minimum 10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including significant exposure to Production and Skilled Trades hiring.
At least 3 years in a recruiting or operations leadership role.
Proven experience leading or managing recruitment across EMEA & APAC regions.
Skills & Competencies
In-depth knowledge of EMEA/APAC labor laws, hiring compliance, and cultural norms.
Proven ability to scale recruiting operations and implement continuous improvements.
Experience deploying AI and technology tools across the recruiting lifecycle.
Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to build trust and influence.
Advanced proficiency with data analytics and reporting tools.
Skilled in multilingual sourcing, pipeline development, and talent market strategy.
Ability to work independently with a high level of initiative and execution bias.
Multilingual capability required, including fluency in English (written and spoken).
