OTV Key Account Manager

• Explore the channel opportunities and partners in the OTV channel(pet-shops, human pharmacies, e-com), and develop strategic and yearly business plans
• Plans and execute sales to specific OTV customers, major KA’s
• Operative planning - monthly forecasting, participation in budget and STRACO

Day to day responsibilities

• Establish and maintain effective relationships with major OTV accounts. Creates and negotiate yearly KA activity plan for major KA’s and achieve planned targets. Coordinate wholesalers in operative tasks, in close collaboration with Head of PH Sales.
• Establish and build strong client relationship over time that allow for continuity and ongoing representation reinforced by product and knowledge trainings to customer as well events participation and organization.
• Business planning - monthly forecasting, participation in budget and STRACO planning in order to provide target achievements .
• Continuously seeks new business opportunities on the basis of market visits, meeting with customers, desk and field research (competitor and customer analysis).
• Monitors competitive activity in each account and ensures that appropriate response strategies are formulated and communicated
• Report activities, regularly according to the requirements of direct Line manager; regularly manage CRM
• Close collaboration with Trade Marketing Manager (customers planning and trade marketing activities creation and implementation) as well with PH Marketing Leader in daily work with taking an active part in the annual marketing plan preparation to deliver defined business strategies supporting sales of associated brands and sales channels; utilize allocated Marketing OPEX and KAM budgets based on strategic priorities.
• Close collaboration with mentioned internal and external stakeholders. Actively looking for new opportunities for sales and overall business growth.
• Responsibility of compliance.
• Other tasks as designated by supervisor.
