We are seeking an experienced
Accounting Process Owner (Business Process Owner - BPO) to lead the formalization, harmonization, and automation of accounting processes across Belgium and the Netherlands.
Key Responsibilities: - Map and document existing accounting processes across BeNe.
- Identify opportunities for harmonization and improvement.
- Lead transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with chief accountants, P2P and RTR teams, IT, and internal control.
- Implement automation solutions and ERP enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.
- Define and monitor KPIs to measure process performance.
- Manage and develop a team of six professionals.
Your Profile: - Bachelor or Master Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
- 5-10 years of experience in accounting, audit, or internal control.
- Team leadership experience is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of P2P and RTR processes and ERP systems (SAP).
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Fluency in English and French or Dutch.
