Enersense Engineering is now looking for a
Site Manager to work for our client`s installation project in Belgium.
Our client is a leading provider of demanding industrial structure solutions in the Nordic countries. The selected candidate in this position responsible for overseeing site operations, managing local contractual matters, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and client requirements. This role involves coordination with local authorities, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to maintain smooth execution of construction activities.
Key Responsibilities: - Supervise overall site activities and ensure compliance with contractual obligations and project timelines
- Manage contractual agreements with subcontractors, suppliers, and service providers
- Act as the primary liaison between the project team, local authorities, and regulatory bodies
- Ensure adherence to legal and contractual requirements, including permits and licenses
- Monitor site progress, quality control, and adherence to project specifications
- Address and resolve disputes, claims, and contract variations with stakeholders
- Develop and implement site management strategies to optimize efficiency and minimize risks
- Coordinate logistics, site resources, and workforce to maintain smooth project execution
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
- Provide reports and updates to senior management on project status and contractual matters
Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years experience in site management, particularly handling local contracts
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement processes, and legal compliance
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities
- Fluent English skills
