For this position based in Slovakia, the expected compensation range is EUR 26, 400 - EUR 39, 600 per year. This range includes the base salary as well as short-term incentives (individual and/or collective). The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located in Slovakia. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing positions of similar level and responsibility.

Objective & Mission
- Manage services projects in accordance with company policies and processes.
- Animate project team (Planning, Purchasing, Logistic, On-site implementation), ensure customer satisfaction, HSE compliance and financial performance.
- Manage customer's relationship, including third parties for service project's scope. Accountable for execution according to contract & specifications.
- Support Project Managers for interventions and/or larger or more complex projects.
Main Responsibilities
- At tender stage, prepare offers for service interventions for FSR, considering: project's requirements, actual team's capacity & resource planning, countries requirements (visa, work permits., )
- In execution stage, define the project workload plan, follow progress in line with scope of work and deliverables till completion, book project within SAP including invoicing plan
- Validate payment mechanisms (letter of credit, bank guarantee, insurance, payment method, etc...)
- Ensure compliance with mobility requirements for FSR and their missions (work permit, entry visa, A1 etc..)
- Risks analysis with mitgation plan, potential change orders identification
- Accountability on project profitability (cost, cash flow & margin) including completion forecast, resource planning, revenue recognition, customer's payment
- Manage project contract ensuring fulfillment of Schneider Electric contractual obligations and application of its contractual rights
- Animate a communication within project team, Internal kick off meeting, coordination meetings
- Support Project Managers for Site Interventions, ensure communicated to FSR manager/planner
- Ensure full safety for involved parties all along project execution cycle
- Systematic review of deviations against specifications,
- Timely reporting and escalation to manage project events/issues impacting project performance or compliance with governance principles.
- Lessons Learned session with Sales and Tendering team to improve future executions
- Diploma/bachelor's degree in electrical or technical university
- Fluent in English, other language is a plus
- Proficient personal computer skills, mastering project management software tools (MS Excel, MS Project)
- Strong sense for all safety policies, practices and procedures
- Knowledge SAP project or service modules and reporting
- Understanding of contractual and legal aspects of the project
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence and business communication with customer
- Schneider Electric Offer knowledge is a plus
- Able to work in multicultural and matrix organization spread across different regions
- Willingness to travel internationally up to approx. 20% of the working time
