Join Schneider Electric as a Senior Panel Builder Field Sales Representative and take ownership of a dynamic portfolio. You'll work directly with Panel Builders in the field, driving growth by delivering tailored solutions that meet their business needs and positioning our full range of innovative products.

What will you do?

• Build and manage relationships with Panel Builders through regular field visits and strategic engagement
• Present the complete Schneider Electric portfolio and bring in specialized sales resources when needed
• Create and execute account plans aligned with commercial strategy to win business and beat competition
• Identify growth opportunities while supporting Panel Builders' day-to-day business requirements

What are the key skills we are looking for?

• Customer Relationship Management - intermediate level; building long-term partnerships with Panel Builders through regular touchpoints
• Channel Development - intermediate level; equipping partners with tools and knowledge to succeed throughout the customer journey
• Customer Orientation - intermediate level; responding proactively to Panel Builder needs and business priorities
• Product Application - intermediate level; demonstrating how Schneider Electric solutions solve specific customer challenges
• Consultative Selling - developing level; uncovering customer needs and positioning value-driven solutions

For this Slovakia based position, the expected pay range is EUR 38.240 - EUR 57.360 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives (individual and/or collective). The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within Slovakia. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.
