What you will do This position is based at our High Wycombe office (hybrid working policy). Kenvue have announced a planned move of offices to Reading, Berkshire in Q1 of 2026. Please note that this role will move locations along with this office move.
Kenvue are seeking a motivated and driven high-performing individual to join our growing UK eCommerce team as eCommerce Customer Development Manager for Amazon. Reporting into the Business Unit Head, the primary objective of the eCommerce CDM role is to support delivery of customer revenue targets by driving increased eCommerce sales and winning share across all categories Kenvue play in. You will lead the execution of customer sales and marketing programs and have ownership of the customer relationships. This will include influencing & executing shopper strategies, driving assortment, pricing, operational set-up as well as leading customer negotiations and annual business plans.
Key accountabilities • Internally & externally, the day-to-day lead and owner for your business with responsibilities including:
o Full accurate forecasting and P& L ownership for Amazon, delivering on specified business targets (sales, spend and profit targets - INS, TCI, NTS, Net GP)
o Partner with squads, digital teams and commercial strategy teams to identify and execute eCommerce opportunities, keeping the business informed of any progress/challenges and subsequent help needed
o Ensure we have an 'outside in' lens on the business looking at competitor activities in the eCommerce channel and in your account. Analyse channel performance, and create plans to optimize top and bottom-line
o Unlocking growth through Amazon retail levers with critical experience in pulling AVN levers to drive ROI and market share out performance
o Support eCommerce customer service teams and supply chain to ensure processes are operating efficiently
o Follow standard methodologies to improve presence on eCommerce websites: actively implementing customer plans, SKU and product detail page improvements, pricing, promotion, etc.
o Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, especially within FMCG e-commerce, health, and beauty sectors
o Building positive relationships with your key contacts/buyers
o Designing and executing great business plans including negotiating the implementation
o Build and lead promotional activities in line with Kenvue corporate guidelines
o Propose and pilot new e-commerce tactics such as bundling, subscription models, or loyalty programs to drive engagement
o Analyse channel performance, and create plans to optimize top and bottom-line
o Identify share of voice opportunities to drive market out-performance
o Drive excellence in execution of New Product Introductions (NPI) and integrated brand campaigns, ensuring brand visibility and optimising customer engagement

Education and experience requirements - Bachelor's degree or higher
- eCommerce, Amazon experience preferred
- Experience in retail account management, sales planning, account development for online customers. Amazon Ecommerce experience essential.
- Previous negotiation experience
- Ability to drive strategy and change while implementing, analysing and reporting on numerous concurrent projects. Ability to navigate well in ambiguity.
- Strong analytical skills. Ability to read, manipulate and understand data in order to make effective commercial decisions
