For this Switzerland based position, the minimum of the pay is CHF 95'600 (Total Target Cash) per year. This pay includes base pay and short-term incentives or sales incentives. The compensation for this position applies to candidates with full-time contracts located within the Switzerland. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.

Dein IMPACT:
- Messung und Analyse der Lagerleistung sowie Umsetzung von Verbesserungsmassnahmen
- Leitung von Projekten zur Optimierung und Digitalisierung von Lagerprozessen
- Unterstützung der Teams bei der Anwendung von Best-Practices in den Bereichen HSE (Gesundheit, Sicherheit & Umwelt), Ergonomie, Qualität und Produktivität
- Vorantreiben von Continuous-Improvement-Initiativen und Beitrag zur Personalplanung
- Implementierung technischer Lösungen und Lean-Methoden zur Optimierung der operativen Abläufe
Dein Profil:
- Erfahrung im Bereich Logistik, Lagerbetrieb oder Supply Chain Management
- Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägter Problemlösungskompetenz
- Praxiskenntnisse in Lean, KVP (kontinuierlicher Verbesserungsprozess) oder vergleichbaren Methoden
- Sicherer Umgang mit Daten, KPIs und Performance-Analysen im Lagerumfeld
- Technisches Verständnis sowie Interesse an digitalen Lösungen und Prozessautomatisierung
- Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und eine hands-on Mentalität
