Role: Supply Chain Planning Team Leader
What Will You Do?As the Supply Chain Planning Team Leader, you will ensure seamless planning execution, strategic alignment, and strong cross-functional collaboration across the full supply chain network.
- Lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain planning operations, including inbound, outbound, and internal flows.
- Develop long-term supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives and network efficiency.
- Coordinate key initiatives such as new product launches, promotional activities, and network redesign.
- Monitor and analyze S& OP KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
- Provide strategic guidance to executive management as part of the entity's management committee.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing planning and operations team.
What Will Make You Successful? (Requirements)Education- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Master's degree is a plus (not mandatory).
Experience- Proven experience in supply chain planning, operations management, or logistics leadership roles.
- Demonstrated success in leading teams, building capabilities, and driving performance.
- Experience with demand planning, capacity planning, S& OP, forecasting, and network optimization.
- Track record in cross-functional project leadership and organizational transformation.
Technical & Professional Skills- Strong knowledge of supply chain planning systems and methodologies.
- High analytical capability with experience using KPIs, dashboards, and data-driven decision-making.
- Understanding of end-to-end supply chain flow, constraints, and optimization levers.
Soft Skills- Strong leadership presence and ability to coach and develop teams.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills across levels and functions.
- Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capability.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Language- Advanced English proficiency required, including verbal and written communication for business and technical contexts.
