Are you a creative problem solver and an out-of-the-box thinker? Our Manufacturing Supervisors play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency of our supply chain. Could you be our next Manufacturing Supervisor?

Mission

Ensure the production requested by our customers is carried out safely and with high quality at our Tijuana plant.

A Typical Day for You Might Include:
  • Optimizing Performance: Leading teams hierarchically to enhance plant performance.
  • Resource Management: Overseeing human and material resources with unionized personnel, ensuring safety and maintaining 5S standards.
  • Continuous Improvement: Implementing production line improvement projects through root cause analysis and Lean manufacturing tools.
  • Training Personnel: Onboarding and training incoming unionized personnel while promoting flexibility and rotation.


Qualifications

Qualifications - External

This may be the next step in your career journey if you have:
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in Manufacturing Production.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Electrical, Mechatronic Engineering, or a related field.
  • Intermediate English Level (A2-B1).
  • Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with quality improvement tools, techniques, and models.
  • Desirable knowledge of performance management tools (LDS/DISS/MES/TRESS, SAP).
  • Preferable knowledge of ISO 9000, 45000, 14000, 50000 standards.
  • A Yellow Belt certification is desirable.
