Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure our products and services exceed customer expectations by implementing continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Drive process capability and control while utilizing problem-solving tools to enhance our production sectors.
Oversee Quality Operations across multiple production lines, ensuring adherence to the Process Control Plan.
Lead root cause analysis for quality issues and implement effective problem-solving strategies.
Collaborate as a member of the Short Interval Management team to optimize production line performance.
Create and maintain comprehensive quality control documentation, ensuring clarity and compliance.
Conduct Process Audits and facilitate Process Failure Mode & Effect Analysis (FMEA) to proactively manage risks.
Provide expert insights for new product development and evolution, ensuring quality is a top priority.
Regularly assess process execution and the effective use of tools (e.g., Symphony, Tempo, NextGen PDM).Identify and implement new technologies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and boost productivity.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Operations or Continuous Improvement Engineer or related
Experience: Minimum of 4 years in quality operations or manufacturing environments, with a proven track record of leading quality initiatives.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of quality management systems, continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma), and data analytics.
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and convince stakeholders.
Languages: Advanced proficiency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
