Act as a positive role model and as mentor and coach to assigned operations cells. Promote good personal relationships. Coordinate activities in the operations Area.

Duties:

1. Actively participate in production start-ups.
2. Understand and execute the necessary actions during the shift to achieve the objectives.
3. Responsible for the execution of the production plan of their cell in a timely manner, requesting the necessary raw material.
4. Maintain updated records and metrics for their work area.
5. Participate in the analysis and solution of problems of the operation.
6. Responsible for the continuous training of his personnel.
7. Develop process control charts and data collection.
8. Participate in the development and updating of work instructions in conjunction with engineering and quality.
9. Maintain your work areas in optimal conditions (5's).
10. Certain other activities or responsibilities inherent to the position.
