Surrey, BC at our
Head Office. This exciting opportunity offers a
hybrid work model for candidates based in British Columbia's Lower Mainland. Those located elsewhere in Canada will work

Expected Compensation: The expected hiring range for this role is $94, 400 to $118, 000 based on a 35-hour work week. Actual offered salary will depend on the successful candidate's qualifications and experience, as well as market conditions for the role, and internal equity.

Senior Manager, Marketing, you will lead the marketing strategy and execution for Westland's commercial insurance and group benefits brands and products.

Why we'll love You: - You bring 8+ years of B2B or commercial marketing experience and a degree in Marketing or a related field
- Collaborate deeply with sales teams and aren't afraid to challenge ideas to drive results
- Both strategic and hands-on, with a strong execution mindset
- Have deep expertise in brand management, SEO, CRO, and paid media (Google, LinkedIn, Meta)
- Comfortable with GA4, WordPress, Looker Studio, and have bonus points for knowing Optimizely
- Sharp writer and detailed project manager who delivers with pride
- Proactive self-starter who leads with ownership and delivers impact
Once here, you'll: - Develop go-to-market strategies for multiple commercial brands with distinct audiences and offerings
- Lead demand generation initiatives in partnership with our digital team-across paid media, ABM, email, SEO, CRO, and social
- Build out sales enablement tools-brochures, white papers, case studies, and more-to support account teams in driving growth
- Act as a brand steward, ensuring consistent tone, identity, and presence across all commercial channels
- Optimize digital performance by analyzing web metrics and using tools like GA4, Looker Studio, and Optimizely to improve UX and conversion rates
- Lead sponsorship and event marketing strategies to grow brand visibility and generate leads
- Oversee internal referral strategies and ensure marketing tools and messaging enable effective cross-selling
- Lead and mentor a small, specialized marketing team-driving execution, innovation, and growth
