The Opportunity:

Do you have a strong technical background, are detail-oriented and enjoy providing excellent customer service? Do you love to work in a fast-paced environment that are results driven?

In this role you'll:

  • Provide direction to independent adjusters and legal counsel on the investigation, negotiation and settlement of multi-line Property and Casualty claims
  • Review facts, policy coverages, expert reports to make decisions on coverage, value of claim and settlement
  • Responsible for data accuracy, reserve management and issuance of payments to insureds, insurance professionals, vendors and other related parties to a claim
  • Responsible for providing exemplary customer service and keeping all related parties informed of the claims process and status
  • Ad-hoc additional tasks as needed


Here's what you bring:
  • 5-10 years of multi-line adjusting/examining experience on property and casualty claims
  • Insurance Broker Level 2 license and/or CIP designation
  • Experience working with Independent Adjusters and Legal Counsel, with focus on providing clear direction on file handling and indemnity/expense cost management
  • Solid understanding of both Personal Lines and Commercial Lines policies
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment, and a strong team contributor
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Solid communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to provide clear and concise direction to both internal and external file handlers
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and to exercise discretion are important qualities
  • Strong work ethic without sacrificing your ability to have fun on the job
