As part of your responsibilities, you will:

  • Expand Your Knowledge and Share Insights
    • Learn to maintain accurate records of troubleshooting steps and customer interactions in our support systems.
    • Contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives by helping create support articles and FAQs.
  • Contribute to Innovation and Product Improvement
    • Participate in exciting internal projects, including lab experiments and virtualization initiatives.
    • Collaborate with various teams to understand how customer feedback drives product refinement and innovation.

  • What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
    • Currently enrolled in a technical degree program (STEM field) or graduated within the past year.
    • Familiarity with power systems is an advantage.
    • Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Ethernet, TCP/IP, etc.), relational databases (SQL), or virtualization technologies is a bonus.
    • An enthusiastic problem solver with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
    • Passionate about technology and eager to deepen your expertise in a real-world environment.
    • A strong communicator with effective written and verbal English skills to engage with global customers and teams.
    • Someone with a "customer-first" mindset, committed to delivering exceptional support experiences.
    • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, global team.
    What's in it for you?
    • The base pay compensation for this full-time position is starting at CAD20.00 per hour for candidates who are B.C. residents. Schneider Electric also offers our employees on fixed-term employment holidays and paid time off.
    • Gain hands-on experience in a globally recognized company.
    • Work alongside professionals who are invested in your growth.
    • Contribute to meaningful projects with real-world impact.
    • Develop expertise in cutting-edge technologies and processes.
    • Hybrid work environment and flexible work arrangement
    • Our Victoria office was recognized locally as a Green and Ocean Friendly business
