Description:

The Senior Enrollment Consultant is responsible for serving as a SME for the Enrollment Consultants and engaging and enrolling candidates into their Right Management service benefit program.

The Senior Enrollment Consultants will provide real time guidance and support to the Enrollment Consultants by giving guidance on process/protocol and performing quality assurance reviews.

The Senior Enrollment Consultant needs to ensure efficient and effective enrollment of candidates to increase total utilization of programs and overall take up, which directly impacts Right Management profitability and revenue.

Accountabilities

Results & Strategy
The Senior Enrollment Consultant must ensure that Enrollment Consultants are being efficient and effective in their roles. The Senior Enrollment Consultant must help guide the Enrollment Consultants in their roles, complete quality assurance checks to ensure that the Enrollment Consultants are operating within guidelines and provide real time coaching. They are responsible for providing guidance to the Enrollment Consultants.
The Senior Enrollment Consultant will also have their own case load to manage and increase overall take up rates of candidates.
Data integrity and maintaining accurate records in various systems is also required.

Client & Candidate

Provide an exceptional experience for both candidates and clients to ensure that they utilize the programs that have been selected for them and are successful in initiated the programs.

Thought Leadership

Lead with guiding values of ManpowerGroup and ensure that relevant industry knowledge is provided to candidates

Qualifications:

Experience

Required
Industry: Virtual contact center experience preferred
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Technology: Competency in MS office products, ability to multitask and a high level of data integrity
Experience: excellent customer service skills, sales experience, experience in a similar role guiding or coaching others

Nice to Have
Language: bilingual experience (English, French, Spanish),
Experience: call center experience, coaching
