Qualifications:

The Manpower Service Centre is a centralized source of support for clients, candidates and the Manpower field offices. The Manpower Service Centre representative plays a critical role in providing an interface between clients, our associates and our internal staff with the responsibility of strengthening our business relationships by providing professional and friendly service in a timely manner.

The Service Centre currently operates Monday to Friday from 6am-10pm EST and Saturday 10am-8pm EST. The Bilingual Manpower Service Centre Representative will be responsible for working shifts in between these times with the possibility of overtime. The operating hours and the shifts are subject to change and notice will be provided.

Customer Service:

• Ensures that incoming calls/emails are answered and messages are responded to in a prompt, professional manner

• Fulfills customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction

• Ensures that information provided to associates, clients and branches is accurate

• Initiative is taken to satisfy the needs of all customers using this service

• Provides exceptional customer service through the ability to diffuse difficult situations, to listen effectively, to identify the root cause of a situation and take appropriate action

Automated Time Management and Support:

• Application knowledge for all automated time entry tools.

• Supporting associates with time entry

• Pulling weekly timecard reports for payroll

• Rejected timecard management

Payroll and Invoicing Support:

• Investigate payroll related inquiries using Manpower applications, including but not limited to JDE, Internal applications(Check Stub/Earnings History), Direct Office, Automated Time Reporting Tools (MDT, 3rd Party Tools)

• Direct Deposit rejection management

• Special requests (Stop cheque, vacation pay, holiday pay inquiries)

• Invoicing Support to clients and field offices

Administrative Tasks

• Administrates Letters (employment letters, statement of earnings, jury duty letters)

• Employment verification requests (3rd Party, Government)

• Send copies of T4's

Additional Tasks

• Data entry (Rate changes, Bill 139)

• Sourcing Support (Pre-screen)

• Any other duty as assigned by the manager
