Aufgaben

• Planung und Steuerung unserer Fertigung im Bereich Optomechanik (mechanische, optische und elektrische Montage)
• Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs durch Koordination von Aufträgen, Material und Kapazitäten
• Überwachung der Fertigungsprozesse sowie frühzeitiges Erkennen und Lösen von Engpässen
• Einplanung, Priorisierung und Anpassung von Fertigungsaufträgen im ERP-System
• Nachverfolgung und termingerechte Rückmeldung von Produktionsaufträgen
• Pflege und Aktualisierung des Fertigungsstatus in den relevanten Systemen

Profil

• Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung im Bereich Produktionsplanung, Fertigungssteuerung oder Supply Chain
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Produktionsplanung/-steuerung, vorzugsweise in einem produzierenden Umfeld mit Manufakturanteil
• Gute Kenntnisse in ERP-Systemen (z. B. proAlpha oder Oracle) sowie ein sicherer Umgang mit MS Excel
• Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Fertigungsprozesse
• Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ein hohes Maß an Organisationsfähigkeit
• Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen im Schnittstellenmanagement (z. B. Produktion, Einkauf, Logistik)
• Hohe Eigeninitiative sowie Teamfähigkeit in einem dynamischen Produktionsumfeld

Job Description

• Planning and managing our production in the field of optomechanics (mechanical, optical, and electrical assembly)
• Ensuring a smooth production process by coordinating orders, materials, and capacities
• Monitoring manufacturing processes and identifying and resolving bottlenecks early on
• Scheduling, prioritizing, and adjusting production orders in the ERP system
• Tracking and providing timely status updates on production orders
• Maintaining and updating production status in the relevant systems

Qualification

• Completed technical or business training, ideally with additional training in production planning, production control, or supply chain management
• Several years of professional experience in production planning and control, preferably in a manufacturing environment with a manufacturing component
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., proAlpha or Oracle) and strong skills in MS Excel
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes
• Structured, solution-oriented approach to work and excellent organizational skills
• Strong communication skills and the ability to assert oneself in interface management (e.g., production, purchasing, logistics)
• High level of initiative and ability to work well in a team within a dynamic production environment
