We are looking for a Senior Software Sales Executive to lead the expansion of our software business in Brazil - the largest and most strategic market in South America.
This is a unique opportunity to directly drive the growth of a critical business line, with high impact on regional results, strong international exposure, and close interaction with C-level decision-makers across large enterprise accounts.
You will play a key role in developing strategic opportunities, driving software solutions for critical infrastructure management (DCIM) across industries such as banking, government, cloud, and large enterprises.

You will play a key role in developing strategic opportunities, driving software solutions for critical infrastructure management (DCIM) across industries such as banking, government, cloud, and large enterprises.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive and expand the software business in Brazil, focusing on revenue growth
- Act as a consultative and strategic seller for enterprise customers
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities (hunter profile)
- Lead complex, end-to-end sales cycles
- Engage directly with technical stakeholders and decision-makers (IT Managers, Heads, C-level)
- Collaborate with account teams (KAMs), partners, and engineering teams
- Position software solutions effectively, connecting technical value to business outcomes
- Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields
- Advanced English (frequent interaction with global teams)
- Proven experience in consultative B2B/enterprise software sales
- Strong track record in complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
- Ability to both generate new opportunities and grow strategic accounts
- Excellent communication and influencing skills across technical and business audiences
- Infrastructure technologies (data center, IT, cloud, etc.)
- Technical environments (a plus)
