In this role, you will support the implementation and evolution of the Quality Management System, ensuring transparency, compliance, innovation, and a strong quality culture throughout the organization

• Drive and monitor customer experience and quality performance indicators, including NPS and CXI measures across the end-to-end customer journey.
• Foster a transparent and open quality culture in close collaboration with management and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure quality risks are identified, assessed, and effectively managed throughout the design and operation of the Quality Management System.
• Create real-time transparency through quality reporting and analytics to support data-driven decisions, preventive actions, and continuous improvement.
• Drive innovative and digital quality solutions that improve operational excellence and business performance.
• Promote creative problem-solving methods and support the implementation of innovative quality initiatives.
• Deliver training and coaching on quality methodologies, tools, standards, and best practices.
• Ensure implementation, maintenance, and assessment of applicable quality standards, legal requirements, and internal procedures.
• Analyze and optimize business processes using Continuous Improvement methodologies such as Value Stream Mapping.
• Support corrective and preventive action initiatives and monitor implementation effectiveness.
• Coordinate quality-related activities and initiatives across multiple functions and stakeholders.

Work Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• Several years of experience in Quality Management, Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, or a similar area.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and quality methodologies.
• Knowledge of quality standards, regulatory requirements, and risk management principles.
• Experience working in cross-functional and international environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Experience with digital quality tools, reporting platforms, and quality analytics solutions is considered an advantage.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence and drive change without direct people management responsibility.
• Very good English skills (spoken and written).
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and quality management tools.
