As a
VIE Travel & Event Security Analyst, you will play a critical role in reinforcing our duty of care, supporting our global travel security program, and ensuring a safe and compliant environment for both travelers and events.

Your Key Responsibilities1. Travel Risk Management- Apply Schneider Electric's Travel Security standards & controls and support compliance with ISO 31030 guidelines.
- Review and validate elevated-risk travel requests and provide risk assessments when needed.
- Offer operational support during security incidents impacting travelers or events.
2. Data & Reporting- Manage stakeholder access and ensure data integrity across the Travel & Event Security program.
- Maintain structured, accurate, and well-governed security data.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and key KPIs to monitor and enhance program performance.
3. Event Security & Communication- Contribute to Event Security assessments and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the preparation of communication materials: travel risk advisories, guidelines, training content, and operational updates.
Education: Master's degree in Risk Management, International Relations, Business, or Data/Analytics.Experience: - 1-3 years of experience in one or more of the following:
- Corporate security
- Travel risk management
- Data analysis
- Project coordination
- Related risk or operations environment
Technical & Professional Skills- Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
- Strong analytical mindset with proven experience managing data, KPIs, and dashboards.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, and Excel (ability to learn new tools quickly).
- Understanding of geopolitical trends and risk concepts (knowledge of ISO 31030 is a plus).
- Comfortable working independently, organizing priorities, and navigating a complex global organization.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to share risk information clearly and concisely.
