We are looking for a sourcing professional who is passionate about identifying and engaging talent in complex and competitive markets. This role goes beyond filling immediate vacancies, it focuses on building strong talent pipelines, understanding market dynamics, and delivering high-impact sourcing strategies.

As part of our European Sourcing Hub, you will partner closely with the France Talent Acquisition team. You will take ownership of the French talent landscape, becoming a trusted expert on where and how to find the right talent.

You will report to the Europe Talent Sourcing Manager, with a strong dotted-line relationship to the France TA Manager, offering both strategic exposure and a high level of ownership.

Location: Bucharest, Romania (hybrid/flexible)

What you will do
  • Own sourcing activities for France, building pipelines for current and future hiring needs, including niche and critical roles
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to develop a clear understanding of role requirements and success profiles
  • Design and implement effective sourcing strategies, particularly for hard-to-fill positions
  • Map talent markets and proactively identify trends and opportunities
  • Engage passive candidates using a range of sourcing tools and techniques
  • Provide market insights to stakeholders, including talent availability, candidate expectations, and competitive positioning
  • Track and analyze sourcing performance, using data to improve outcomes
  • Share insights and recommendations that support informed hiring decisions.


What we are looking for
  • Approximately 3-4 years of sourcing experience
  • Ability to manage sourcing activities independently and deliver end-to-end outcomes
  • Strong sourcing skills, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and experience with ATS/CRM tools
  • A curious and proactive mindset, with the ability to explore beyond standard approaches
  • Confidence working with data and translating insights into actionable recommendations
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, including influencing without direct authority
  • Continuous improvement mindset and openness to new tools and techniques
  • Fluent French (B2-C1+) and strong English.
