Join our dynamic team as an Executive Assistant and be the backbone of executive leadership success!

Mission
The Executive Assistant role serves as the key interface between management and all other departments of the company, providing a high level of administrative support to the Country President in daily business operations. The role involves planning and organizing meetings, conferences, calls, and various events for the management team, ensuring seamless coordination and efficient execution.

This is a fixed-term role for a period of 12 months, covering a maternity leave.

What will you do:
  • Manage the Country President's agenda, appointments, and travel arrangements, ensuring optimal use of their time.
  • Plan and coordinate business events such as meetings, conferences, and training sessions.
  • Gather, compile, verify, and analyze information to prepare business documents including memos, letters, reports, speeches, presentations, and press releases.
  • Ensure effective communication between the executive and internal stakeholders (executives, managers, employees) as well as external partners (media, customers, public institutions).
  • Prepare reports and provide recommendations to senior management.
  • Develop documents and presentation materials; screen and respond to incoming correspondence, inquiries, and phone calls; draft official communications; organize and participate in meetings.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with various external partners, both companies and individuals, ensuring smooth and professional collaboration.


What will make you successful:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Advanced level of English.
  • Relevant previous experience in administrative and managerial support roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other digital applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Positive, proactive, and hands-on attitude.
  • Ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion and diplomacy.
  • Capacity to remain effective under pressure, in urgent situations, and when working with strict deadlines.
  • Ability to work efficiently in an international environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage priorities and deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask across multiple projects.
  • Proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
