Job Description:

The Medical Representative is responsible for achieving sales objectives by implementing the sales tactical plan for their designated area and executing approved promotional activities. This role involves building professional relationships with Health Care Professionals (HCPs) to effectively communicate approved scientific data regarding diseases and products. Additionally, the Medical Representative maintains and enhances the company's image in their area of responsibility.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Create a plan to achieve sales objectives by servicing all hospital accounts within a designated territory.
- Schedule appointments and conduct preplanned sales presentations to customers.
- Initiate contact and arrange appointments with potential new customers.
- Make regular visits to customer locations to gather information on orders and market conditions.
- Identify customer needs and recommend new products to meet those needs.
- Develop customer and product-focused presentation packages for sales.
- Prepare sales reports and documentation as required.
- Follow up with customers to resolve any issues and ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Develop and maintain sales forecasts and submit them to management.
- Relay relevant market information to management.
- Identify potential business impacts and recommend areas for future growth.
- Participate in the implementation of special projects for the Business Unit.
- Analyze data for the Business Unit.
- Review and analyze customer orders and product sales, establishing improvement plans for those not on target.
- Coach new colleagues within the team.
- Play a key role in supporting the Product Manager by establishing product communication materials and training for the sales team.

Job Location: Bucharest, but candidate should be open to travel
