At Vitalant, our work saves lives-and behind the scenes, strong systems help make that possible. We're looking for a Sr. ERP Systems Analyst - Workday to support and enhance our enterprise applications that power critical HR, finance, and operational processes.

In this role, you'll serve as a trusted advisor and internal expert, managing and improving Workday functionality with a focus on accuracy, security, and user experience. You'll partner with stakeholders across the organization to troubleshoot issues, drive process improvements, maintain data integrity, and support change through new releases, documentation, and training.

Your work will directly support the teams who keep our mission moving-helping ensure blood and plasma are available to patients who need them most.

As a Sr. System Administrator, you'll get to:
  • Administer and support the Workday application, troubleshooting issues and providing user training.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and security best practices.
  • Configure security domains, business processes, and other system elements.
  • Conduct audits to maintain data quality, integrity, and security.
  • Evaluate Workday releases for business impacts and implement upgrades effectively.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop reports, dashboards, and analytics.
  • Monitor and optimize application performance while managing cross-functional impacts of configuration changes.
  • Maintain documentation on processes and workflows and oversee the team's Azure DevOps environment.


Requirements

Knowledge/ Education
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Knowledge of applicable business application(s) required.
  • Knowledge of automated applications systems, system development life cycle, and project management principles required.
Licenses/ Certifications

Workday Certification in one or more modules preferred

Experience
  • 5 years of experience implementing and supporting Workday ERP and relevant Workday SKU, required. To Include:
    • Workday configuration with a specialized focus in relevant Workday
    • SKU, workflows, business processes, security, and reporting.
  • Technical knowledge of Workday application, reporting and data analysis.
  • Experience working with Azure DevOps preferred.

  • Must possess the skills and abilities to successfully perform all assigned duties and responsibilities.
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to gather technical and business requirements and translate into action plans.
  • Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deliver timely, quality work within deadlines
