What You'll Do
  • Lead the strategy, growth, and innovation of the platelet product portfolio (3+ products with significant clinical and operational impact).
  • Translate market intelligence and clinical workflows into actionable strategies for new and existing solutions.
  • Collaborate across clinical, operational, and regulatory teams to ensure successful adoption and lifecycle management.
  • Drive financial sustainability and customer value through smart pricing, margin analysis, and operational efficiency.
  • Engage with external partners - including EMS, hospitals, fire departments, and trauma networks - to advance platelet therapies in high-acuity environments.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in healthcare product management, ideally with FDA-regulated or acute care products.
  • Deep expertise in blood products, transfusion protocols, and emergency medicine workflows.
  • Strong operational and financial acumen with a track record of scaling complex healthcare solutions.
  • Skilled in cross-functional leadership, aligning clinical, operational, and regulatory stakeholders.
  • Preferred: Exposure to Terumo, Cerus, Macopharma, Octapharma, or large blood operators.
  • Preferred: Certification/exposure to forecasting or demand planning (IBF, Demand Driven).

Compensation for this role will be commensurate with your years of relevant experience and geographic location in alignment with our compensation structure.

Salary range shown corresponds to National Office.

Requirements

Education: Bachelors Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Master's degree (MBA, MHA) preferred.

Knowledge: Healthcare product development, hospital or blood banking operations, transfusion medicine, treatments or emergency patient care, required.

Familiarity with supply chain and operational processes, preferred.

Licenses/Certifications: Certification from the Institute of Business Forecasting and Planning or Demand Driven, preferred.
