Marketing Specialist to help bring our lifesaving mission to life through the execution of high-impact marketing initiatives. In this role, you'll turn strategy into action-supporting fundraising efforts, diverse donor engagement, contact strategies, and promotional campaigns that inspire people to give blood and save lives. Partnering closely with cross-functional teams, the Marketing Specialist ensures campaigns are delivered accurately, on time, and in alignment with brand standards, while efficiently managing requests, updates, and day-to-day execution. As a Marketing Specialist, you'll get to: - Support the execution of marketing initiatives by completing assigned tasks and project deliverables accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners and marketing teammates to ensure work aligns with team and organizational goals.
- Track progress on assigned projects and contribute to performance measurement and reporting.
- Apply brand guidelines and organizational standards consistently across marketing materials and communications.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, quality, or efficiency within assigned work.

Requirements Knowledge/ Education - Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Ongoing learning or certifications in relevant marketing areas are encouraged but not required.
- Demonstrated interest in leadership, problem solving, and process improvement.
Experience - 0-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or business operations.
- Familiarity with basic project coordination or campaign execution processes.
- Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to learn marketing principles and tools.
Skills/Abilities - Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and performance tracking.
- Proficiency with digital tools and collaboration platforms.
