We're hiring immediately! Vitalant is currently seeking a Lead Training Specialist to work as an integral part of our Call Center team. This teammate will support department training services by leading both onsite and virtual training initiatives. The Lead Training Specialist will be responsible for scheduling, preparing, registering, conducting, and tracking training deliverables in both virtual and in-person learning environments.

  • Key responsibilities include monitoring staff compliance with SOP, FDA, and AABB standards during training periods
  • Conducting initial competency assessments
  • Administering and grading assessments; performing retraining as necessary
  • Maintaining training records and reports
  • Supporting Quality Assurance standards within the call center
  • Providing mentoring, feedback, and professional development support to staff.


Requirements

• Associate degree or combination of education and experience required
• One year of training experience in a medical or call center environment required
