Vitalant is seeking a Fixed Site Recruitment Supervisor dedicated to making a positive difference. Your impact as a Fixed Site Recruitment Supervisor is vital. You will s upport Vitalant's life-saving mission by overseeing and coordinating Donor Outreach Coordinators and Donor Relation Specialists and for the achievement of assigned daily, weekly and monthly goals.

As a Fixed Site Recruitment Supervisor, you'll get to:
  • Hi re, Supervise, train and evaluate performance of assigned team members
  • com plete call quality monitoring and provide appropriate feedback to staff
  • Oversee rebooking and on-site conversion programs
  • Manage group and individual messaging, ensuring script development and compliance


Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in related area or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge of telemarketing techniques required
  • Two years related experience required. To include:
    • One Year of Supervisor experience
