What to Expect: $16.07 - $17.46 per hour
Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday (9: 00 AM - 5: 30 PM AZ Time)

- Enhance the donor experience by providing excellent customer service.
- Collaborate on specialized calling projects, to include conversions, reminders calls and engaging first time donors.
- Support blood centers by implementing innovative recruitment strategies, managing donor scheduling, and offering expertise on eligibility and donation requirements.
- Contribute to the onboarding of new hires and conduct refresher training to both new and existing staff.
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Six months experience in customer service
- Two years of customer service experience preferred
- Proficient computer skills
