Vitalant is currently seeking outbound call center representatives (Donor Outreach Coordinators) to be the front-line heroes by scheduling past and present donors to make their next vital contribution through blood donation.

What to Expect:
  • Start Date February 15, 2026
  • Schedule: After 4 weeks of training (9 am -5pm Arizona Time), you will be offered one of the following permanent schedules:
    • Tues -Sat 10: 30 AM-7: 00 PM - (ARIZONA TIME) OR
    • Sun-Thur-10: 30 AM - 7: 00 PM - (ARIZONA TIME)
  • Compensation for this position is based on several factors, including but not limited to years of relevant experience, education, and geographical work location. Final pay will be determined in accordance with applicable law and internal equity. Additional 8% premium pay is available for weekend.

  • Make outbound calls to past blood donors to re-engage and schedule donation appointments.
  • Build positive, respectful connections while educating donors on upcoming needs and opportunities.

Requirements

Knowledge/ Education
1. High School Graduate or GED required.

Experience

1. One-year customer service experience - preferred
2. Proficient computer skills required. (Assessment Required)
3. Contact Center experience - strongly preferred

Skills/Abilities
1. Must possess the skills and abilities to successfully perform all assigned duties and responsibilities.
2. Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
3. Ability to work autonomously and productively to meet and exceed goals while multi-tasking, focusing on details and adapting to a changing environment.
4. Ability to work in a repetitive role that majority of time is spent on the phone.
5. Must possess a positive attitude that encourages teamwork.
