The Property Inspector is responsible for maintaining the quality, presentation, and operational readiness of an assigned portfolio of vacation rental homes. Each Inspector is responsible for a designated group of properties and serves as the quality control representative for those homes. This role performs quarterly inspections, manages household inventory, ensures homes consistently meet company standards, identifies maintenance needs before they impact guests, and works closely with the Regional Operations Manager and Maintenance Lead to keep every property operating at a boutique hotel standard.
