Cutting Operator

Title: Cutter Operator Reports to: Cutting Manager Summary of Position: The Cutter Operator is responsible for using patterns and cutting out pieces of hard and soft armor fabric to be used in production. Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for spreading, marking and cutting fabric material. Organized and can prioritize cutting according to needs of production team. Good knowledge or experience using tools such as hand tools, sanders, bandsaw etc. Experienced in working with different raw materials: soft fabrics, hard plastics. Required to stand for 8-12 hours while operating tools. Safely and efficiently handle and move raw materials weighing up to 60lbs to designated areas Construction background preferred Qualifications: Responsible for spreading, marking and cutting fabric material.
