The service coordinator is primarily responsible for taking all incoming service requests and entering them in to Connectwise. The position will coordinate the flow of information between customers and service staff in order to facilitate the resolution/completion of all service requests.
Essential Functions - Prioritizing, scheduling and dispatching service staff;
- Ordering and expediting all required parts;
- Reviewing resolved service tickets upon completion of work;
- Verification of time entries/GPS logs;
- Replenishing stock able products and accountability;
- Assistance with the development, implementation and documentation of Service Department processes.
Minimum Qualifications - High school diploma
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience with Connectwise a plus
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug test
