Job Summary
The JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1) Functional Analyst supports Sundt's enterprise ERP platform by partnering with business and operations teams to deliver reliable, well-controlled, and efficient business solutions. This role serves as a functional expert for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, ensuring system configuration and business processes align with Sundt's operational, financial, and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
1.Collaborate with IT leadership and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.
2.Configure and maintain E1 functionality, including processing options, UDCs, versions, and workflows. Develop and maintain functional documentation, business process flows, and user training materials.
3.Ensure JD Edwards solutions comply with Sundt's internal controls, audit requirements, data retention policies, and governance standards.
4.Participate in system enhancements, upgrades, ESU deployments, and tools releases while supporting system testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
5.Partner with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Equipment, and Project teams to understand business processes and requirements, analyze, document, and translate business needs into functional specifications for IT and development teams.
6.Provide day-to-day functional support for production issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal business disruption. Support change management efforts and assist with end-user training and adoption.
7.Serve as the functional and technical owner for assigned JD Edwards EnterpriseOne modules supporting Sundt's construction and project-based operations (e.g., Financials, Job Cost, Procurement, Equipment, Projects, Distribution).
Minimum Job Requirements
1.5 to 10 years of hands-on experience supporting JD Edwards EnterpriseOne in a functional /technical analyst role, with a strong understanding of construction or project-based business processes (e.g., job cost, project accounting, procurement, equipment).
2.Experience configuring JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and proven ability to gather requirements and produce clear, concise functional documentation.
3.Experience working closely with developers, technical teams, and business users and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
4.Familiarity with E1 tools such as Orchestrator, BI Publisher, Watchlists, and CaféOne. Working knowledge of SQL for reporting, validation, or troubleshooting.
5.Prior experience with ERP implementations, upgrades, or large-scale enhancements and Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
