Location: Ahwatukee Post Acute
Position: Full-time
Shifts Available:
  • Night Shift: 6: 00 PM - 6: 00 AM

What You'll Do:
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor and assess patient conditions, communicating with the care team and families as needed.

  • Assist with the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
What We're Looking For:
  • Active LPN licensure in the state of Arizona.
  • Level On Fingerprint Clearance Card
  • CPR/BLS Certification
  • Strong clinical skills with a focus on compassionate, patient-centered care.
  • Ability to work well in a team, supporting both residents and fellow healthcare professionals.
