As a Family Therapist Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health, emotional well-being, and family dynamics to develop individualized treatment plans.Provide individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities.Facilitate group therapy sessions, workshops, and educational programs focused on family dynamics, communication skills, and relationship building.Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and medical staff, to ensure holistic care for clients.Monitor and evaluate clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to achieve therapeutic goals.Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with organizational and legal standards.Participate in regular case conferences, team meetings, and continuing education to stay current with best practices in family therapy.Provide crisis intervention and support to clients and families as needed.Educate clients and families about mental health, addiction, and recovery processes, offering tools and strategies for ongoing support and relapse prevention.Uphold confidentiality and ethical standards, ensuring a safe and supportive therapeutic environment for all clients.
