Position Summary:

The Senior Manager, Revenue Operations & Enablement is responsible for leading performance optimization across multiple sales, partnership, and client success teams. This role will drive go-to-market (GTM) coordination, including Account-based Marketing (ABM), campaign automation, drip sequences, customer journey design, and comprehensive sales enablement strategies. The position also focuses on business process design to enhance operational effectiveness and stakeholder collaboration to achieve revenue objectives.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Revenue Optimization:
    • Identify, analyze, and optimize operational processes across revenue-generating stakeholder teams.
    • Develop metrics and reporting frameworks to track & forecast performance, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement.
    • Establish and oversee revenue-generation KPIs, ensuring their continuous improvement and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Sales Enablement & Training:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive training programs for sales methodologies, tools adoption, and best practices.
    • Facilitate workshops and training sessions tailored for revenue-generating stakeholder teams.
    • Create, maintain, and update a documentation repository for all revenue-generating processes, activities, and teams.
  • Go-To-Market Coordination:
    • Lead strategic planning and execution of ABM strategies, campaign automation, and targeted drip sequences to support sales and partnership initiatives.
    • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Engineering, and Product teams to align messaging, campaigns, and product launches.
    • Evaluate, select, and implement new revenue operations tools and technologies to enhance GTM effectiveness.
  • Customer Journey Design:
    • Map, analyze, and optimize customer journeys across various segments to improve customer experience and retention.
    • Partner with Admissions and Client Success teams to ensure seamless transitions throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Interface regularly with Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Legal, Engineering, Product, and Admissions teams to ensure alignment in data usage, process optimization, and overall business strategy.
    • Own data governance across the customer lifecycle to ensure accurate representation of business performance to facilitate business strategies.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years experience in revenue operations, sales enablement, or related roles.
  • Proven expertise in GTM strategies, ABM, campaign automation, and customer journey mapping.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience with enterprise-level CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), and analytical platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Certification or formal training in sales methodologies (e.g., CustomerCentric, Challenger, MEDDIC, Sandler).
  • Familiarity with educational or healthcare markets a plus.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation abilities.
